Our 1 & 2 bedroom apartment community is located in Pine River, MN and is conveniently located close to the business district, shopping, restaurants and the area nursing home. 

We are proud of the open airy design of our building...each apartment opens to a central atrium area. We are confident that you will enjoy our congregate dining room as well as the recreation dining site.

 

Rent is calculated based on HUD Income Limits with a preference for senior and disabled individuals.
